CJC-1295 Research Peptide
CJC-1295 is a tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) analogue. Both forms are listed: with DAC, which binds albumin, and without DAC, also known as Mod GRF 1-29.

About CJC-1295
Growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) is a 44-amino-acid hypothalamic peptide, and its first 29 amino acids, GHRH(1-29), carry full activity at the GHRH receptor. CJC-1295 is GHRH(1-29) with four amino-acid substitutions, at positions 2, 8, 15 and 27, that protect it from rapid enzymatic breakdown, notably by DPP-4.
The form “with DAC” adds a Drug Affinity Complex: a lysine-linked maleimidopropionic acid group that bonds covalently to circulating albumin and extends the half-life from minutes to days. The form “without DAC” is the tetrasubstituted peptide alone, widely known as Modified GRF (1-29).
Research context
Both forms are used in research on the GHRH receptor and the pulsatile secretion of growth hormone. Comparing them shows how a sustained, albumin-bound GHRH signal differs from a short-lived one.
The form without DAC is often paired with ghrelin-receptor agonists such as ipamorelin; a pre-combined CJC-1295 without DAC + ipamorelin blend is listed separately.
What to confirm for CJC-1295
Check these points with our team before you order:
- Which form you need. With DAC and without DAC are different molecules with different product codes.
- Identity documentation showing the expected mass, which differs between the two forms.
- The number of boxes you need and the US delivery destination.
- Which lot documents you require before ordering, such as an identity or purity report.
CJC-1295: frequently asked questions
What is the difference between CJC-1295 with DAC and without DAC?
Both share the same tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) sequence. The DAC form carries an albumin-reactive linker that extends its half-life to days; the form without DAC lacks it and is short-lived. They are distinct molecules and are listed separately.
Is CJC-1295 without DAC the same as Mod GRF 1-29?
Yes. Modified GRF (1-29) is the common name for tetrasubstituted GHRH(1-29) without the DAC.
Which CJC-1295 presentations are listed?
5 presentations are listed: 2 mg (CD2), 2 mg (CND2), 5 mg (CD5), 5 mg (CND5), 10 mg (CND10). Each is packed 10 vials per box, and every presentation has its own specification page and product code.
How do I request a quote for CJC-1295?
Open the presentation you need and use Ask price to message PureForm Biosciences on WhatsApp, or add several materials to the inquiry cart and send them together. Pricing, current availability and lot documents are confirmed in that conversation.
